We are moving this list to a Linux box, thanks to the helpful co-operation
of the Systems and Networks group of the University's ITS division.

If you are subscribed to the old list, you need do nothing - we've
subscribed you to the new one.

sentence is unnecessary :-)

The new list is a typical Majodomo list and supports digests. If anyone
thinks it's a good idea, we could start a web archive too.


Grieg will run the old list in parallel for a week or so to catch any misposts.

A vote of thanks to Greig for having got this list off the ground and
wangling the first server for it!
