In a hearing Wednesday, Judge Rae Lee Chabot of Oakland County Circuit Court in Michigan granted most of DaimlerChrysler's motion to dismiss the case, SCO and DaimlerChrysler representatives said.

But I still ask .. "What credibility did SCO ever have in these cases? I guess the dominoes will start to fall now, so we will all be able to get back to what we do well...... Oh thats right, we never really stopped anyway did we.
