Basically (and obviously this is my opinion);

National sucks (and I am a Nat supporter) Labour sucks ever so slightly less The Greens ROCK The other responding parties appear clueless (SURPRISE!).

I assume, based on Rodney Hide's fairly passionate views on IT (which were closely aligned with the Greens views, strangely enough), that ACT do have a policy, and have simply not submitted it yet. Winston is most likely too busy digging dirt to be bothered filling out the questionnaire.

I know it's a single issue, and shouldn't really form the basis of any intelligent persons vote, but I think it is concerning that neither of our two major parties "get it", and it is left to a party often written off as hopeless idealists to have the best, most progressive policy on ICT issues.
