Going back to the beginning of the thread - from a CNZ strategic plan
point of view it could be a good idea for ADA to submit something to the
review and judging by the discussion so far there are some strong views
so maybe it's a good way of exploring them too?
Practically the submission date is 16th October so there's little time
to do something.
Here's a way of working I've used for govt submissions in the past..
1. put up a wiki
2. set up a submission document
3. people submit their ideas and comments to the wiki
4. someone agree to edit the page - anyone want to be the gardener?
5. agree it at the AGM
6. email it to CNZ before 16th
