The Western Institute of Technology (WITT) is seeking a Tutor in Computer
Graphics/Interactive Media. WITT, based in New Plymouth, is one of New
Zealand's 20 polytechnics and has 8,000 enrolled students and 200 staff. We
are seeking to appoint a full time tutor to teach computer
The appointee will be a graduate with knowledge and experience of industry
based software in computer graphics / interactive media. Professional
development for tertiary teaching will be available if required. The
appointee will be teaching 3D Modelling and Animation, Web Design, Time
Based Media and Video Production.
The Institute recognises the need to be close to industry and the appointee
will also be engaged in industry liaison.
