Is it only national if the remote ISP peers with T. Is national
defined as being within T's network only?
From what I've gathered it ends up being double
dipped. If an ICONZ user
went to game (mainly because gaming is a bit different from
websites and I'm getting bored with the Trademe branch of sites being
used) on some TC servers then ICONZ would foot the bill for it.
However, if a TC user went to nzdating or to the ICONZ arena (that's its
name?), had a bit of fun for a a few hours ICONZ still end up footing
