At $DAYJOB I have a customer who can load and interact with the main ird.govt.nz site but trying anything that touches https://services.ird.govt.nz is timing out.
I have tested from two other IP Addresses in the same /24 and both other sites are loading correctly. (All three sites resolve / connect to 22.214.171.124)
Same router is being used at all sites and the firewall rules that are different are not recording any matches during testing.
SYN is sent but no SYN/ACK received.
