My point was infrastructural quality, not sheer quantity thereof. As I was
saying, we've still yet to see really, really un-wobbly Internet access in
New Zealand. For some reason, businesses aren't particularly keen on
adopting a service as a fundamental part of their business if it doesn't
work all of the time.
