Problem not with Xtra, to my knowledge they have never needed to highjack
anyones IP space.
Problem at Global-Gateway and occured when I migrated 55.210.in-addr.arpa
from APNIC to GGIS servers.
The IP's in question are actually a part of Xtra IP space and should have
been returned years ago. This is a discussion that we will now have with
(IP Assignment Gnome)
