Really? I thought that's what "averages" were for.
10G is 32Kbps (more or less) over a month, so if your AVERAGE customer
is doing 7GB (ish) you fit within the margin. ISTR this was one of the
reasons why many ISPs used 5-12GB as the cap range back in the Jetstart
