We're having a number of customers complain about
email not being
delivered over the Xtra network. Error messages being submitted to us
are similar to:

mta.xtra.co.nz[126.96.36.199] said: 421 Message rejected (in reply to end
of DATA command))
What really takes the biscuit is that customers who
call Xtra are told
that it's a fault of someone else i.e ours !! We're happy to take calls
from these customers, but we would like to give them the right
information, unlike Xtra is doing !
