Its being routed internationally. We DO have int capacity and only do
WIX/APE only webcasting if the broadcast rights require that. Joe and Chris
should be able to watch just fine.

Well - yes thats what we believe. But its kinda hard for folks overseas....
Well I know at leat one non-NZ person who was
interested. I would guess
once things are finished we can distrivuted all the recorded sessions via
some other method (ftp, dvd, torrent, whatever).
We're actually doing this remotely. It won't be as good as last year as
we're in AKL with teh van and have only left an encoder and router at
Waikato. Sorry bout that, but paying jobs have to get priority.
However, the WAND folks will do a great job giving us an audio and video
feed I'm sure, and that will be available on www.r2.co.nz/20050203
hopefully in a few minutes. We will record it to disk and then when we pick
up the encoder on saturday, have a little editing job to do.......
The stream is in multi-bit rate windows media, with 56k, 128k and 256k streams.
If it all goes well, files will be available next week.
Oh yes - we're still doing Yearling Sales and have all our other stuff
going on - so traffic etc may be affected today.
