Mine didnt. I hadnt checked untill it occurred to me that it might explain
the reason I got kicked off about 5 different irc networks simultaneously
at about 1 oclock..
I just checked it just now, with the date set at 2021 you get an 'invalid
arguement' error when trying to resynch.. i manually set it back and

guess my linux ntpdate isnt as good as yours :p
