An update for Vodafone (previously WorldxChange Communication) customers:
Earlier today, an electricity outage at one of the Auckland operations centres resulted in
a loss of broadband and/or landline services for a group of consumer and business
customers. Our team has been working hard to restore services. Throughout the afternoon
and early evening, customers will be progressively brought back on line. We expect all

Anyone out there from WXC / VNGS?
All my SIP trunks have been up and down over the last hour....
Their website is down...
No one is answering the NOC phone, (when it rings... now it seems to be going straight to
404 / disconnected).
No one is answering the NOC email address, their main 0800123456 seems up and down as
well, and waiting in the support queue just ends up in a disconnect.
