Subject: NZ China Enterprise Summit 2006
My name is Chen and a graduate from Victoria University of Wellington. At
the moment, I'm running an NZ China Enterprise Summit 2006 this August in
This seminar will cover some of practical knowledge and insights about how
to start up business and develop market in China. Particularly, we have
special registration fees for university students. For those students who
would like to start up their own business after leaving school, this could
be a great opportunity to begin.
Thanks and regards,

Well it seems that the general apathy of Postgraduate Students is once
again showing up.
The Annual General Meeting of the PGSA which was held on Friday the 7th
July resulted in a no show.
Only two students bothered to turn up and only two apologies were received.
If this is the general felling of students then I begin to wonder
whether there is any point in having a Postgraduate organization on Campus.
The situation is that there is no representation of Postgrad students at
Waikato. WSU, although approving a new constitution to allow for a
Postgrad rep on the WSU council, have consistently fudged their response
as to why this has not been implemented. The formation of the PGSA was
supposed to rectify this lack of representation but to date support or
the PGSA has failed to reach a level which can make it an effective
If Postgrads want representation then they need to be more proactive.
Your thoughts and comments would be appreciated before a decision is
made to wind up the PGSA
Just a reminder to everyone that the Annual General Meeting is being
held on Friday 7th July at 1pm
we need as many people as possible to attend as we do not want a repeat
of a previous year fiasco when there was no quorum
