Subject: Nexus Magazine Needs Your Help!

Hi all,

My name is Jennie Kendrick, and I'm the Deputy Editor for Nexus. Part of my job is to organise our feature article.

I'm reaching out to you, as a club convenor, to spread the message that Nexus would love to have some new content. I'm hoping that this message will get passed on to your fellow club/association members.

So far this year, we have had some really great pieces, but they've come from very similar perspectives. What I would love to see in future articles is a more diverse collection of features that represent the different communities, voices and realities of University of Waikato students.

Our features tend to be 1000-1500 words across 2 pages. They can be about anything really; as long as it is relatable to students, interesting, well-researched, and relevant.

Of course, it would be essential for the piece to be well-written in English. However, if English is not the contributor's first language, or they're not super confident in their writing skills - then I'm happily to help them write it.

Kind regards,
Jennie Kendrick
