(Rather strange to be answering my own question but I'm doing so anyway,
because my answer may help someone)
In order to do:
system("java weka.classifiers.MultiClassClassifier -l mySVM.svm -T
Data.arff -p 0 > Result.txt");
.. from (within) C, involves 2 simple steps:
(1) Write the string: "java weka.classifiers.MultiClassClassifier -l
mySVM.svm -T Data.arff -p 0 > Result.txt" to a batch file; say runTest.bat
(2) Then, you can make the call:
system("cmd.exe /c \"runTest.bat\"");
It worked for me on the WinNT/2000 environment! ...
