Well, for the sake of simplicity, save your data in a CSV file where you need to arrange the attributes in columns (remember to place the attribute that you need to predict (class) at the very end of this file). Do this for training and test set (in case you have an external test set file), and make sure that both files have same attributes' order, name, and type. Next stage, load your training set into WEKA's Explorer using the "Preprocess" panel, then switch to the "Classify" panel and load the test set file through the option "Supplied test set". Once you did that, choose the algorithm you need to use and hit the "Start" button.
