A nominal attribute wouldn't appear twice in a tree. Numerical can.

I have a

happen because of weka is not using ID3 algorithm (I'm using J48-
to C4.5, I think) or is because of only the most pure form of ID3
allow an atribute to appear more than once in a tree?
I've just skimmed Quinlan's paper about ID3, but I didn't find
regarding occurrence of attributes and any restrictions. I'd expect to
find the same attribute only once along the path from root to leaf
that's what the documentation meant?
