I also need to increase the precision of the output to at least 8 decimals.
I've downloaded WEKA 3-7-10.
From your message:
The precision of the output is fixed in 3.6.2. However, in the
development version of Weka (3.7.x) there are new output classes that
are used for formatting predictions in various ways (plain text, csv,
html, xml etc). These classes have a -decimals flag that can be used to
control the number of decimal places output for predictions.
-decimals option is not being recognized by WEKA
Would you be able to tell me the option on command line to save the output
as a .CSV file and define the number of decimals?
I'm using the SMOreg function
I'm trying something like this:
java -Xmx1024M -cp /weka-3-7-10/weka.jar weka.classifiers.functions.SMOreg
-K "weka.classifiers.functions.supportVector.RBFKernel" -t Dataset.arff -T
functD0_test.arff -p 0 -decimals 8
