Yes, that would be good. As the new GUI application framework is a fairly large change,
I’m taking it slowly in order to see how well it integrates into the existing code. The
new Knowledge Flow engine, and UI (although it looks identical to the old one, it has been
completely refactored and cleaned up), has taken me a year to write :-) BTW the old
Knowledge Flow implementation is still in Weka (and can still be launched via java -cp
weka.jar weka.gui.beans.KnowledgeFlow). The new implementation includes a built-in loader
for old Knowledge Flow files (.kfml), which automatically translates from the old
component implementation to the new Step implementation.
