Is it possible to convert the above. I have already backed it up to
another drive.
After I format it in Partition Magic
What commands do I issue to re mount it .

I've notified Simon Bridge that we are unable to host a Stallman talk on the
Saturday, as we would not be able to raise a credible audience. Disappointed
fans will have to go to the Auckland talk.

There's a WLUG meeting tonight:
----------------------------------------------------------------------
7:30pm MS4.G.02 (http://www.waikato.ac.nz/contacts/map?MS4)
"Opensource, GNU/Linux, and why those things are important for FX Networks."
Opensource thinking and technology permeates the Network Operations Centre at FxNetworks. FX rely on a number of Opensource packages to run both the network and the business. The open and adaptable model also extends to how they engage with other network operators and service providers. Jamie Baddeley will speak how things come together at FX, and why GNU/Linux is important to them

Hi folks,
Couple of questions:
1. I'm on the WorldExchange/XNet network. Traffic local to the XN nw does not count towards my (75G) cap.
Are there any Uni's or FTP mirors available for Ubuntu/Deb & other distro's on the XN new?
2. I live & work in Auckland City & travelling out to Waikato on a scooter is problematic, to say the least.
Are there any other geek-meets closer to home?
Thanks
- Jaco

Thanks for the info, Lindsay, but I already use citylink as a tries & tested source.
The problem is that xnet traffic does not count towards my cap, so any resources on the 'local network' is 'free'
I've already put in a request to the sysadmin for ftp.wicks.co.nz, but he's indicated that he simply doesn't have the space.
Uni's seem my best bet
Thanks anyhow

Sad to here that Richard Stallmans offer to speak in Hamilton was not taken up. I've must have missjudged amount of "Free Software" user's in my old hometown when i talked to Richard about the possabilaty of doing a talk in Hamilton.
