I considered this too, but ISP's do not allow cellphone calls on the
toll free numbers, and I will be using this in the bus. so I would need
to get a data plan and use GPRS or CDMa modems.
The cellphone is cheeper for occasional use.
Now if woosh takes off, then it will be attractive.

One benefit of this is that most ISPs have toll-free dialin, so you
won't be paying a toll call to connect to your home network (and
