Well... Netscape 4 allows you to store your entire prefs in LDAP.
Dunno about Mozilla though. If you used Galeon you could create a
"bookmarklet" that allowed for easy addition to a web/php based bookmark
system. Dunno about what system to use tho. I used to want something
like this when I was using 2 machines more. Now I just stick to Linux
so it's not a problem. :)

I used to have a PHP script over a PGSQL db, but it was kinda slow and
klunky. I'm considering building something similar over LDAP, as LDAP is
inherently more directory oriented, however its still not ideal.
CVSing my bookmarks.html is the only other thing I can see.
And no, I'm not running a Wiki for my bookmarks perry! Something a bit
lighter weight, perhaps, but not wiki!
