Not feasible unless you have buckets of money and nothing else to spend
it on. Which is why no one patents anything unless they A) actually
have a decent idea and want to market it or B) are a large company with
buckets of money and nothing better to spend it on.
A better idea is to create a database of prior art. That way you
invalidate both past and future stupid patents.
